OUR AGENDA IS PACKED WITH GREAT STUFF!: prepping for the June 30 Primary, we have 2 more candidates, Anil Pesamarelli, candidate for HD19*, and Jessie Danielson, candidate for Secretary of State*. We’ll hear the latest about Passenger Rail for Longmont (!) from RTD Board Director, Karen Benker, and former Longmont Mayor, Joan Peck. Karen and Joan — for decades — have been tireless advocates for rail to & from Longmont, a dream that is coming closer to reality. We’ll have another Activism update, and introduce our campaign in concert with Common Cause Colorado, “Hands Off Our Vote!”, including a voter protection hotline, 866-OUR-VOTE (866-687-8683) to report voting interference, and new election protection legislation, HB26-1113, going through our state legislature, RIGHT NOW.
