Why Local Elections Matter
We’ll talk about the upcoming Longmont City Council race (THIS November!), give you a bit of history, look at ward maps, explain what seats are open, and why progressives participating on the local level is so important — just look at what happened to Colorado Springs LAST NIGHT! (link below). We’ll also talk about the very important school board elections, as well as candidate requirements for local elections, and campaign contribution rules.PLUS, TAMALES!
